Land of the Giant Bureaucrats

This is something that started out as a doodle for a few friends. The doodle became a development, which grew into a finished piece for a few friends. I then just said "Aw, what the hell," and decided to post it. Loads of fun to do, and I now have nearly all the good markers I'll ever need.
