The Flintstonerama Girls by Gulliver63 The Flintstonerama Girls by Gulliver63
This is my second serious foray into the world of Coreldraw wireframe. This was done in three composites - first the backround, then the shadows, then the figures themselves, which were colored in Corel. My first attempt was this [link] . My breakthrough today that made everything happen was to discover the "High Detail" feature on the wireframe. It was all colored in the computer, so no markers were harmed in this picture. I love mixing these two worlds...Matt has crossed this line in the Simpsons a couple of times; hell, the Simpsons and Futurama practically are this generation's Flintstones. Compare with my first Flintstone piece, [link] .

Leela kind of reminds me of Wilma in a way, especially in the face.

The reason I haven't thrown in old Bender is that he'd pretty much have to be the wooden version from the show...

Thanks! I'm getting closer to that place where they actually look like a real cartoon.

Reminds me of that awesome episode where the cast was acting like cavemen ^_^

Oh, yeah..."Mother's Day", where they went without technology for a few days and their clothing was already ripped up like cavemen. That episode contains a bit that my wife laughed out loud at - Leela's wrist computer says, "Oooo, don't you ever wash your wrist?" and jumps off and rolls away.

Heh heh ^_^

Actually, I was talking about the newer season that aired on Comedy Central. One of the episodes featured the crew going to a planet where the Professor's microbots end up rapidly evolving.
